Order, Delivery & Returns Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within two working days after which orders will be dispatched to one of our delivery partners.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

A standard delivery rate of R140 applies to all major cities.

Please select ‘pickup’ of order if you reside close to Brackenfell or in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. We will email or whatsapp you once your order has been processed and are ready for collection.

Free shipping over R1500 is applied, if ordered goods is under a weight of 5kg’s. For orders over R1500, with weight over 5kg’s, a flat rate of R200 applies countrywide. Free shipping over R2500 is applied for goods regardless of weight.

*Free shipping over R1500 to extreme outlying areas, will be fulfilled by closest branch of retail shipping options such as PostNet, PEP, Clicks or PUDO.

We do not deliver to farms. Please choose your closest PUDO or email your order with preferred delivery method at your own cost.

We reserve the right to change our lead times over high volume periods.

We only deliver in South Africa.

Please ensure your details such as delivery address, email and telephone number are correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the courier cannot reach you and extra courier accounts will be for your account.

The provision of goods and services by Meira Wellness is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Meira Wellness will contact you with options.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer, the order cannot be cancelled by Meira Wellness.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform us in writing within one working day of receiving it. You can mail us at info@meirawellness.co.za or contact us telephonically. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed condition, we will provide you with a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product or provide a replacement product to be shipped to you (Shipping on our account).

If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, you are welcome to contact us with your reason for it. You may return it per courier for your own account. Once received, we will inspect the product and use our own discretion to decide whether or not a credit or replacement can be done or not. After we have completed our investigation, we will inform you in writing of our decision.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us in writing within one working day. If we made a mistake by sending you the wrong product, we will arrange pick-up of the wrong product and send you the correct one on our account.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is processed by your bank.

After you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@meirawellness.co.za.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us and email to info@meirawellness.co.za and send your item to the address we will provide you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should courier your product to the address provided by Meira Wellness in your return email. You will be responsible for paying for courier costs for returning your item.

Exchanged products may take some time to reach you depending on the area you live. Please be patient and factor in courier times as well as processing times.

When returning items, please consider using a trackable courier service or purchasing courier insurance. We cannot guarantee that the returned item will reach us and cannot accept responsibility for any loss you may incur.
